If for some reason you are unable to payment on that day, you must make the relevant payment within 7 days from the date of ordering.
If you wish to change, cancellation or postpones your order you must notify us within 24 hours.

As our orders are often done online and via hotline, you should provide us with the name, address, telephone number and the place where the order is required for the convenience of the customer and our transaction. Through this we expect high quality service and hassle-free transactions. So customer should be kind enough to provide correct information.

Once we approve your order, we will mention the details related to your order on the relevant parcel. We use your information to deliver your order to you without any errors or omissions.
Deliver & Refund Policy

You must notify us within 48 hours of any damage or loss in your order. If there has been a mistake on our part, we will investigate it immediately and take appropriate measures.
We are not responsible and will not issue refunds for any loss or misplacement caused by a courier service or other transporataion service through no fault of ours.
You must pay the courier service or transportation fee applicable to your order.
We will charge you a certain amount based on the size of the packing box for your order.
